We exist to live and love like Jesus

We believe we can grow in our ability to do this if we: Attend a Weekend Service, Join a Group, Serve, and Tell Others About Jesus.

River of Life Church (ROLC) was planted out in the year 2000. It started as a cell group in the year 2000. Over the years we have gradually grown into three services and a church plant.

In 2009, we launched our 2nd service and in 2010, we planted out a church in the neighboring city of Ponda.

We are a Christian church, part of Newfrontiers. We belong to the Commission Apostolic Sphere in Newfrontiers led by Guy Miller. Newfrontiers is a part of a global movement of over 900 churches in over 60 nations. We have a passionate desire to build the church according to the New Testament principles. We believe the most effective form of evangelism is worked out through strong local churches, where each member participates, the gifts of the Holy Spirit are encouraged, where people care for one another and where there is a desire to make a difference in society and to reach those in need.

We aim to achieve this by restoring the church, making disciples, training leaders and planting churches and reaching the nations for Christ.
